Go viper mid. Corrosive Skin, zone him out. Ward their jungle, take his stacks. Supports should go for runes, so he doesnt get every bounty rune. Go Huskar; rape him.
Gank him often with supports, before he hits 6. He has no armor, no escape and is fucking slow. Go AA to counter his regen in fights, go heroes that lower armor, to counter his low armor even more. Safelanealche is shit. Most common hardcarries rape him lategame.
Ursa mid no kappa. Ursa also eats alchemist no matter how tanky he is, you'll just have to build for tons of mobility.

Lycan, BS jungle.

Preety much gank him before he finish relic. Then before he finish radiance. Then when he try to farm with radi. Then when he have Yasha. Preety much gank him all the time as this greedy fucks will die for 3 creeps.
Idk if a viper with skin maxed zones him out, at lvl 5 viper does 20 dmg per tick so if you get in all instances of acid alch only takes 320 dmg, and you won't be able to hit all ticks prob. Once he hits 6 he can regen 1250 hp. So once he hits 6 he doesn't give a shit about your skin. I've had that trouble with alchs mid all the time, I played sniper, denied half of every creep wave cus acid ticks little by little, zoned him out with shrapnel and range and he still doesn't care, once he hits 6 he just tanks your dmg then leaves to go jungle.
The true counter to alch is a mid who flash farms, can solo kill him and push tower like shadowfiend. SF left alone can raze the creeps and get the tower down in a couple minutes, then go find alch in the jungle and 2 shot him.
CK is also very good against alch with his enormous single target damage. Pick omni as a bonus to not give a fuck abot radiance.
