thats some of the dumbest shit ive read here in a while

@ywn harder for someone to climb. its like the effect a booster has on a certain bracket he climbs through. all the players he plays with assume they are at X mmr = their true rating. booster vastly greater than his actual mmr starts low and starts winning.

players he meets all become X-25 mmr (so 25 mmr below their true rating). a whole bunch of players are 25 mmr below their true rating because of the booster. poor jill comes along and plays with these players, and games are harder than usual because of this effect.

but anyway, im saying all this in jest.

i see some of you guys trying to bring him down. You shouldn't. When dota first started you bet your ass no one expected literally anyone to reach 10,000 mmr. It's a legacy he'll create. One like no other. Just like Navi winning the first ever TI. Doesn't matter what bad things have been said about them, they'll still be in the record books.

if ur picking lion instead of sb when both heroes are available ur probably a moron who deserves to lose mmr

why would you pick one hero when the other has higher impact at almost every stage of the game and an 8% winrate advantage

pick spiritbreaker and crystal maiden ur almost guaranteed to go up in mmr no matter how bad you are at dota because the heroes literally play themselves

how easy it is to play a hero and what mmr u get with that hero has nothing to do with whether u think that person deserves tat rating or not. the fact is he achieved that rating with that hero. u could do the same. no one says u have to play 10 of the hardest heroes in dota at X mmr rating to truly deserve that rating.

I remember when Kitrak actually defended picking high impact borderly (or not so borderly) OP heroes, claiming if you wanted to win, why would you pick some useless hero.
