it's a 3 melee str core hero who serve almost same purpose and weak supports . i guess game is over if enemy just pick timbersaw
obviously you would put the omni offlane
the chen in the safelane jungle where he can stack and pressure the offlaner
the CK would be a roaming pos 4 support.

Honestly the original team doesn't seem that bad except that chen is not very good right now. But it has a lot of short cd disables with dk, sven and ck all having stuns, you have ck gap closer, chen utility, and omni ult and repel on those heroes is going to be very good. Dk also has a ranged form for sieging high ground or you can send ck illusions so they don't suffer as many all melee team issues.
Main issues are going to be clumping naturally since it's all melee team. One great magnus, enigma, earthshaker, or dark seer combo could really fuck these guys up. Or axe and blade mail.
Also the lanes won't be that good, dk mid doesn't lose lane but doesn't really pressure other mids. Offlane omni won't stop carry farm. Sven + ck safe will probably farm ok and always threaten to kill with dual stun, but a good dual offlane can harass them a lot.
they all have ok hp , regen and armor ,tankiness i think they woukd be very good but all depends on chen and dk not losing hard mid

Omni can rekt some lanes and doesn't do well in others
Thing is the team has catch and dmg, but bad lanes and an incredible weakness to kiting and shit
