Solo carrying them.
1 v 9 and buy your own wards.
That's how I got out of 1k.
Pick your best hero.
Have in mind about 3 heroes that you are good at.

u can pick shit like weaver or beastmaster and rape all enemy buildings if your team hate hitting buildings

even huskar or visage u can put on offlane,if you good at micro ing 7 units at once enchantress is pretty good to kill everyone and get 7 dragons or ancients to destroy enemy building later on
she's kinda suck at this patch tho,since alot of pa and slark

u can pick support that can roam and do things and help other lanes win even if the cores are shit... won lanes = ez game (thats what i do)
u can pick fast pushing offlane and just fucking destroy the enemy carry and start taking towers at min 5
u can take tempocontroller mid (or carry) and win ur lane and go push

if u take lategame hard carries or heroes that rely too much on your team to create u space, u wont rise mmr unless u are much better than everyone else.
also if u play support and only rush midas and afk woods, u wont do anything for the team and therefore rising mmr is unlikely

good heroes to spam are for example
pos1: jugg, pa, slark
pos2: dk, rubick, visage
pos3: beastmaster, magnus, nature
pos4: rubick, grim, tusk
pos5: dazzle, lich, lion

but u dont have to pick meta heroes to win, just pick whatever u are best with and play

also, dont be toxic, it makes u lose games

At ur level there will probably be a lot fighting for carry and mid post. You need to master a few offlane heroes like axe, beast master, brew master etc and own the game.

At your rank first of all is to use mute options https://imgur.com/Btj8c9P + also mute the all 9 players, now urself is completly avoided from toxic players!
- when ur temmates feeds just ignore them
- when they play good/decent spam > Well Played! / Nice!
- and also i recommend to ban Meepo

Now let`s talk about the game (heroes & laning)
-pos 1(play easy heroes who can rape everyone) : slark, jugg, pa, mk
-pos 2(same thing easy heroes) : viper, pugna
-pos 3
*solo offlaner : bristle, axe
*dual offlaner : LC, doom, undying, weaver
-pos 4(roam with heroes who had stuns/slows and all the time buy orb of venom) : venge, mk , ogre , slardar , spirit breaker
-pos 5(ill recommend heroes with disablers) : shadow shaman, lion, bane, dazzle

Anyway pubs here in dota as you know are full of idiots, don`t focus too much for the god damn points, you will just hurt urself for nothing !
