Yet another MMR / calib question (sorry) in General Discussion
Crimson Sky

I hate to be that guy, but I completed calibration a few days ago and thanks to my hard practising I (mostly) stomped 10-0. Get me. Anyway, I was expecting to be +750 from my previous MMR, instead I was only +500. It's fine, I think I have the potential to climb pretty quickly still and I'm not moaning about the number, merely curious.

However I saw a lot of threads on here saying it was +/-75 for a win/loss. I did my calib after the 7.21b release so my theory is they changed it from +/-75 to +/-50 during the patch. I don't have any other account to test this. I only played solo and haven't done any party.

I also saw some threads with people saying their MMR didn't get updated until a couple of matches after calibration. Unfortunately I can't play until next week due to my work pattern so I can't test this until then.

My final theory is that some matches were so easy they didn't give the full amount, I have weird schedule due to work so I was playing at a time when a lot of people would be sleeping and therefore the distribution within the teams may be unbalanced?

So, anyone else found this has changed since 7.21b?

tl;dr: I won 10 calibrations and got +500 when I expected +750. Is this normal. Has anyone else calibrated since 7.21b? (I know that before that, +/-75 was normal.)

              8-2 is net gain of +6*75 = 450 :)

@just one more game is that the normal thing? I only did calibration once before.
