To reach your highest rating in calibration after 100 games, try to reach Very High Skill(VHS).
It's the highest skill bracket in game and, if you reach it, you will queue with Legend,Ancient or even Divine ranks or higher (who come there for fun or for some Battle Pass purposes), after calibration,where, if you play well, you will play only on VHS,you can get 3000-3500 MMR(3500 is maximum estimated MMR)
To reach it, system must see that you are able to overcome players from lower rating (thus lower skill brackets: Normal (from Herald to Archon) and High (usually it's Legend ranks ~3000 MMR)
To finally reach it, try to show your best dota, play your signature cores, dominate and have good KDA (Kills + Assists divide by Deaths,one of the main conditions of reaching certain bracket), 4 or higher, have a good hero damage and tower damage, and that's it!
Also, if you're suddenly turned to a support, it also pretty possible to reach VHS; place more wards, take part in team kills, gank your mid player or harass enemy's offlane, and don't die too much, and I'm pretty sure you could get it!

and they said it need 100 game to open ranked so is turbo work too ??
