Slardar pos 4 is situational vs invi and high armor heros. Your combo is stack 3 times on neutrals, bash your target, hit once again to get 1 stack and immediately stun. It stuns for 1 sec but slows for 3 seconds, so after stun you can stack on the target and bash him again.
Bash used to be RNG, now its 100% guaranteed. Maybe he is worse as pos 4 but situationally good.
Maybe me, I'm aware it's all turbo games and I lost a lot, but I felt good playing him.
I found success when I stopped buying Blink(and also the new Aghs). I started playing less aggressive and only land stuns by maxing Sprint then run up to people. (Or using Force)
Buy defensive items like Force and Lotus, nothing can go wrong. I just need to stall the fight and spam Haze.
He's a bit awkward in lane but he can work.

Slardar's 2nd skill now only stuns for 1 second, nerfing Slardar's pos 4 viability in my opinion, but I like facts, not opinions. I want to see a fact that you can still play pos 4 on the new Slardar, prove it to me.
