It doesn't work on him, he can't rearm it. It's actually bullshit that he can't. It might be OP, but is it more OP than Bane & WK? Clearly not.

Guys out there, playing the test client. Can u please tell me how this would work. Can the tinker just become a crazy pusher machine with Meteor Hammer and all his other abilities.
As he wasnt so much of a "Direct tower hitter" and was more of a "push out the creep waves and make them hit towers".
But now, does this change the whole pace of pushing, 2 meteors and a wave for tower down.
