Too broken for now

its a free linkens with 20 second cd

if you have a linkens, it will proc before linkens, and then your linkens procs on the next single target ability

basically if you play against shit like LC, a lc needs halberd + one more item to pop both your shields

the thing is if you play qop and need a linkens you are gonna buy it way before lvl 25, and having two of them is just really fucking good

i think the fear is better
gives her CC which she lacks and its one of her weaknesses at late game

and its so spammable with the talent and if u build an octarine, like 30% of the time u can keep them CCed

Honestly, that level 25 talent is completely useless if you already have a linkens - which imho, every qop player will get by mid-game. 1.5s fear is a much much better talent (crowd control is amazing). Also, the talent procs with linken - so if you already have a linken, both will be triggered - so you can either sell your linkens (which you can cast to a friendly player - talent is only for yourself) and buy something else if you have gold - or else live with a wasted talent choice.

1.5 fear is just better, the spell block is fine, just shitty compared to the alternative

both got seperate cool down and it stacks with linkin just like lifesteal and evasion so first spellblock goes to 20s cool down then linkins go to 12 sec basically you got 2 linkins its nice against strong lockdowns hero like LC lion SS etc and hex atos buyers otherwise 1.5s fear better

i'm not sure if fear is as good as it looks like

it's level 25, half of the enemy heroes are strong enough to dumpster you if you jump into enemy team. also it doesn't sound very probably that you'll fear their entire team so the others will be able to deal with you
also you dont always want the feared enemies to run away from you

like sure it's not bad but it doesn't sound like an automatic choice for me

fear is way better unless u rly cant do much without 2nd linkens
