Sorry, but the blue frog balances primarily based on pro games. Why do you think heroes like Abaddon and Omni, who consistently had 55+% winrate, were still being buffed. And I'm not seeing enough strong SFs in pro games to justify a nerf
I am not into nerfing SF at the moment. He's strong for sure, but then again, his popularity has declined due to the recent rise of Storm and OD in mid. Just wait a bit until the meta gets more stable.
