It's simple, they just parse recent matches from DotA, they can't do shit about this as they are not involved with Valve. Givu us (and Valve perhaps) replay, and basterd get punished.
Point is though, tough luck, nobody cares to help you and other people have no advantage over you.

22. 1. - 2am. Fall servers for much people (just 25 000 players stayed online). Cant rejoin to game (but i can watch the game). So abadonned game, but some noob stay and feed with my hero. Why dotabuff count statistics after leave (you dont play so its not your statistics)?
