Nope, dbr needs ALL players to have public match history, not just most of them. Valve showed obviously that they will not allow that to happen. Even if replay download and parsing returns at some point, you can bet it will be privacy protected.

Probably because the site developers are working on other things, and it's a low priority.

And no way for dbr to come back live?
