His attack speed is really slow. Valve should give him an automatic rifle or something.

I think all the heroes that Rape playes, and all the heroes that counter those heroes should be buffed/nerfer.
Drow,slark,warlock should get massive boosts, drow should get a nuke with stun as 5th spell, warlock should stun and damage when casting bonds. Pl should be nerfed, be able to have only 2 illusions, both of them giving exp and money when killed.

His attack animation is pretty good (0.3), and his missile speed is above average (1200).
