And what's the strategy?
sk mage has 2 points in his Q at level 2 (you cant upgrade skill to second level until level 3(1-3-5-7)
same with ursa, 3 points in overpower at level 4 ( three points need at least level 5)
also here http://dotabuff.com/matches/226456092/skills invoker puts 2 points in exort at level 2. maybe it's just a misstake , IDK. other matches are kinda okey.

Oh, he saved the skillpoint until lvl 3.
The counter isn't the lvl, it is in which order it's being leveled
