How do you play DP normally?

What items do you go for?->>>>I normally go Phase boots first and start farming Blood stone.(have it around 18 mins)
How do you distribute your skill points at early stage.->>>>> I do 1 3 1 3 1 3 1 4 3 2 4 most of time. so i can move really fast and deal a lots of damages with my first skill.

I'm honestly pretty surprised I'm not on the list. I'm sitting at 68% over like 210 matches, most of which in v high. Like, really surprised. My gpm / xpm rivals that of extremely hard carries and I've broken 900 xpm on a few occasions.

I feel like these lists should be more restrictive, 30 matches played is low for a hero.

Your MMR should be too low then :/ (3,6k rating on your team for example states that too)
