Reasons why you lost are
1, darks seer was bad, 50mins game, he should got more items
2, magina didnt even have bkb, if your team has at least one hex, should be very useful
3, its sad that alche got whole game only 230 creeps
I think the most important point was that your team didnt have hex.
Looking at the score board, you seem to have done fine. Your Dark Seer on the other hand...
shitty team composition
no reason to have dark seer AND timber on one lane,better to get an actual support/jungle.
also picking AA agaisnt tryhard pick

I was kind of disappointed. I know one of the factors was that Magina got left alone to farm.
And don't even mention that part near the end where I got trapped in between creeps.
