i bet on valve not allowing to share match history untill u reach x games to stop smurfing

Hi guys,
So today I started to play DotA2 again after a long break with a new account, I played 2 matches (won both of them) and I wanted to check them so I tried to enable the Share Match History.
But after I quit the game it is disabled again, It is getting disabled every time if i close the options section
any help ?
