General Discussionv6.80: Exort/Wex is Back!

I dont think 6.8 changes the viability of alacrity at all... The point of invoker is generally dealing damage and ccing, prioritizng a single target buff spell and meteor seems like a waste of a hero with 10 spells.

This build is situational; it maximizes damage and manaburn so it relies on the team to disable.
