if its true - and i dont think it is - its probably a bug not riki's fault.

he's not a cheater, it's a bug with the new terror blade arcana, riki bought back right after he got killed by TB.

what terror blade arcana ? care to explain ?

^It has a new death animation for heroes killed by TB and it's something like your soul itself stops in mid air. If during that time you buyback, your hero doesn't have a model. So it's not only about Riki I guess.
