General DiscussionGame settings going to max when DEAD

So, Because of my crappy graphics card, i have to run the game at medium settings. But now with the new patch, Whenever i die the game goes to max settings? It's annoying when it does this because it reduces frames quite a bit...

Is there any way to fix this? Other than an upgrade, obviously.

EDIT: It does go back to normal when alive.
