id say invoker has a laning advantage, early on he'll out regen you and trade better with cold snap. pre 6 storm has no mobility too, so you can be hit by emp + tornado. if you do get hit by it, you basically cant gank unless you go to base first.
if he killed you in lane, thats your fault and you should be playing more passively since pre 6 you have no escape.
You don't have to play passive, but know the strengths you have in lane against him. You have higher damage from range and can use that to your advantage.Deny his early game farm. An invoker who doesn't have a good early game tapers of really quickly.

I played as Storm and I got crushed mid. Is it a lane advantage in Invoker's favor if he goes Quas Wex, or was it genuinely very poor play on my behalf?
