I would also suggest playing different roles. Watching replays of those losses and seeing what you did wrong.

It's a good chance that you just play bad or you're in too high bracket. Otherwise you wouldnt lose so many games.

Pick offlaner. It's the most impactful role if you know how to play because if you manage to put pressure on their carry that means they will have to send their supports to stop you, helping your other lanes big time.
