Don't do the ancients on the dire or have the offlane stack them for you and clear them later into the game then you would on the radiant. Most of the better tinkers I have seen usually drift between the big/medium camp in the jungle and march that out cause it is a lot closer.
i sometimes go offlane tinker on dire mb you lose a little ex but i usually make my items on proper times just like going mid

I played tinker 5 times in a row on the radiant, I was able to get bot, bottle and ring quite early.
But stacking on the dire is way harder, it takes ages to walk from mid to ancient on the dire.
What do I do?
