Sup man, first of all, you seem like a really bad player, i am not trying to flame you or anything but you should realize that your winrate its pretty low and your kda on some heroes makes me wanna cry.

About counterpick you shoudnt really care about that, if the enemy counter picks you even better, because you are going to learn how to play a hero in the worst conditions. ( For example if you manage to defeat a 6 sloted ember as meepo, man you fucking rock on the hero )

If you really care about counters pick just pick in the last second like everyone

even pros don't like counter picks.... if you watch their streams like purge, singsing.. etc. And people who say your not trying hard enough should just delete their posts. In a pub game everyone tries hard and the one with the counter pick will win in the circumstance that they try their hardest... only the problem is that in order to get toe to toe with the counter pick is to try harder.......... and thats just saying "why can't asians jump higher than black people? why do NBA lack white people, asians compaired to black people on it?" Its just a fact that some will have advantage...................................... I guess thats life:P ALso counter picks = your chance to higher MMR! (not always , but shit works mostly)

If you're getting counter picked you should learn to beat the counters to your hero instead of complaining about them so that you can improve.

I think that you shouldn't focus on counterpicking, but picking the hero/role that your team needs.

There is no such thing as enemy counterpicks. It's just something scrubs have made up to feel better about getting rekt. I have instant picked juggernaut for 2000 games, and i promise you, the only ones who counterpicks me are my teammates.

juggernaut doesnt have any obvious counterpicks like slark < bloodseeker for example

I used to feel this way too, then I decided on play about 8 -10 heroes specifically. Heroes that I liked and some that are just plain OP right now. I still win and lose at about 50% but I usually have a heroes for most situations. And honestly, just wait until after the timer to decide who to be...if you take 30 extra seconds, oh well...you will make that gold up in about 2 minutes. It makes it easier to pick a hero that will do better.

Nothing is worse than picking you favorite guy right away and have them dedicate themselves to shutting you down, (this should open up the rest of your team though.)

And then there is just the "pick the same hero 20 games in a row". You will get shut down sometimes, and you will wreck them sometimes." If you are in pubs, you are going to have a max of 1 support anyone (except those awesome 4 support games, FML)

I used to worry to much about this game, and I finally found peace with it no matter how horrible or how great I do.

i went bloodstone drow and went 14-0-3. you can do anything at the low skill brackets and still win with it. the difference being that i didn't (and still don't) delude myself into thinking im good because i won against other shit-tier players like myself.

you're not carrying though, you're simply farming on a support hero and buying useless items.

you have the lowest number of kills+assists and besides ogre who is a support, you have by far the lowest hero damage of your team, you didn't carry shit, the slark probably carried single-handedly and did so well early game that he didn't need your support.

supports are high impact heroes, if you're not having high impact with them, then you're playing them wrong.

you've played invoker a reasonable number of times (40) and your winrate still isn't above 50%. losing more often than you win with a hero is not an indication that you're good with that hero. don't blame it on teammates, because like you said, invoker can kill people solo, that means you don't need teammates.

that's because you're bad at support, and necro isn't a support anyways, idc what the hero card tells you, that's only used by clueless new players. one spell is literally based on last hitting, and another is an mana-expensive aoe nuke that lets you get last hits.

once you admit that you suck and stop blaming your teammates and instead focus on your own play, then you'll finally improve.
or you can buy an account with a higher mmr and pretend that you're good at the game.

-play more heroes, srsly your hero pool is shit
-STOP PLAYING IO. Wisp may be godlike in the competitive scene but it sucks balls in pubs(mainly cuz people don't know how to play on it)
-play more straightforward heroes like lich, cent, pugna etc.
-if you pick support don't ward all game. Ward ocasionally because you also need items(15 mins mek, maybe pipe, force staff)
-against right click carries for the love of god buy Halberd of heaven/eul/hex
-stop blaming your team. You should exepct every match to be full of the most retarded enemies possible. Like arcane boots sniper. When you'll have literally no expectations you won't be affected by their mistakes.
-do not give a flying fuck(this is important). It's a game. You don't make money from it. If it's going to shit and there's nothing more you can do troll your teammates(or afk farm jungle). End it with a laugh.
-do not expect the team to come with you when you initiate. Let others initiate and after they react at a split second and jump in with your ult(if you're playing as an initiator)
-do not pick first. Rather pick according to the enemy line-up, or cores. If you see only one hero selected and that one is riki for example, then pick slardar/bh.
-and the most important one of all: ALWAYS CARRY A TP AND BUY THE MAGIC WAND.
Tp-135 gold(saves you and your team from lost towers, lost teamfights, ganks, pushes, and all that shit. It can also save you alone if you're playing vs heroes like bloodseeker)
Wand-that free heal+mana+stats can make the diference between life and death.
