I got 15:00 or so for not readying up 2 or 3 times in like... 7 hours i think. Started playing around 7pm and it was way after midnight. I even had breaks in that time period just not closing dota.
Its retarded. Make it 5 mins all the time instead of that 3-4 it was, but 15 and 60? wtf.
To be honest, I really like it as it is now. With the long punishments if you don't ready up.

Oh... I totally forgot this timer also occur when you dodge games, meaning you probably have to wait 30 minutes to play if you dodge twice?
