So SEA is actually garbage compared to NA? I thought people were serious when they said 5k NA = 4k SEA

And uh to compare SEA with NA is pretty hard. At first I was a little hesitant to play because I had a theory that top SEA players had less MMR than they would at NA due to a smaller pool of people. So I thought about the possibility that my 5.7k at the time would be translated into something like a 5.5k. Well that wasn't true.
Anyway, there are a lot of marked differences between the two servers that I can think of from the top of my head and I hope 5k+ SEA players can kinda confirm some of them.
-NA players have a much higher tendency to throw games - dies mid twice = gg im done. Generally a lot nicer than NA people - dont rageping and flame me when I go like 0-3.
-SEA players try really hard to counterpick - a lot of times it comes down to a person from each team not picking, each surrendering 1 gold per second, waiting for the other to give in.
-SEA players at 4.5k+ are somewhat a little more solid than the equivalent in NA. I feel like theres a little less of a difference in skill between the rest of my team and the other team.
-below 4k in SEA is literally ELO hell. Everyone picks carries no one buys wards. I know from my unranked games and spectating friend's games
-Very few super high MMR players in SEA... If I queue against a 5.7+ in the last game, I'll very likely meet him again in the next game if he queues. Met paperchicken (6.2k) 3 times in a row.
Admittedly, I guess it was a little easier to climb here, but I was still on the rise on NA right before I left as well.
But all the claims that one server is SIGNIFICANTLY better (aka 5k NA = 4k SEA) than the other at the same MMR is absurd and biased as fuck.
Devilish congrats. Now i want to ask you, what's your opinion about Europe West server? Is it the most competitive one amongst all and are the chances of meeting there a verified player higher than anywhere else?
edit: Also i wanted to ask. If someone is in the leaderboards and chooses to play on another server will his position on the list adjust accordingly?
I havent played that many games in Eu West recently, but when I played, I was 5.5k. Games were filled with higher mmr ppl, but I did not notice a clear difference in terms of attitude or skill corresponding to the MMR.

@wave its not like EU where there are a ton of 5.5k+ players. This game had one of the biggest gaps.
And no I dont consider that I was countered hard that game. It was just that the BB was uncooperative and the lycan was just useless overall. Not putting all the blame on my team cus I also could have played a bit better.
