If it gets loud when playing games, then it's usually either CPU or GPU. If it's always loud, its Power supply or some cooler in your computer.

It is easy, open pc case and listen ? stop each fan for a second ?

Its power supply and nothing else can be. Gpu isnt I listened,and of course cpu isnt I bought new cooler master and sound is going from Power supply I m just gonna change it tomorrow and finally gonna play without freaking sounds :D

I don't think it's a cooling issue I think it may be something you have done wrong or something is broken. If lets say a fan on your PSU or graphics card is fucked then you will have heating issues on higher peaks.

1. Is the sound a high pitched whistling?
2. Is the sound a load whirring of fans?
3. Is the sound coming from your cat that is on fire?

If you give me details I can help.....

its always either graphic card or power supply fan when ur pc is loud

just use your fingers and block the fans to see which one is doing the noise~
