If the system is unsure of the skillbracket of the game, it will not show the skillbracket.

This usually happens when the mmr differences are rather big.

Normal bracket: 0-3199
High Bracket: 3200-3799
Very High: 3800+

but i dont have ranked yet, i'm lv 10 , how they know that difference?

You do also have a rating in unranked, however it's hidden.

As skillbracket is all about rating, it obviously shows in unranked games aswell.

i believe once you get some number in ranked, the unranked will also raised to that level

I never get VH skill games when solo queuing, but I got this one the other day.

I guess I was with a 4 stack with a really wide MMR range or something.

valves api doesn't always say the level of the game.
