I just had a game earlier where nwp yamateh (viper) gt rekt by a 5.8k ta so easily. I don't really see how viper counter's TA?

because viper can easily remove refraction charges, that's all

What? AC has 2 major advantages over Butterfly even for agi carries.
#1 The minus armor works on buildings. If you have deso already, you're really going to be wrecking infra.
#2 The bonuses from AC aren't disabled by chrono/hex. The evasion from butterfly is great... until it doesn't matter cuz you got chronoed/hexed.

Also, viper needs to be pooled sentries to really wreck ta.

It's not as big of a decrase as 60 dmg deals. A T3 tower has 25 base armor so stacking with deso drops is to 13 which is a huge amount, like a 20% increase in dmg, but 13 is still a lot of armor. If you do 200 dmg against a tower with 13 armor thats 200 * (1 - .438) * .5 (towers take half dmg from heroes) = 56.2. Add butterfly dmg at 18 armor is 260 (+60 for bfly) * (1- .529) * .5 = 61.23.

You need like 300 base dmg for the number to be equal. And that's your best case scenario when you already have deso. Without deso you'd need even more base dmg cus going from 25-20 armor is not as much dmg increase as going from 18-13.

Of course the buff applies to your entire team which is why it's an awesome team buff but again, you should have someone else who can build it. There is almost always another str hero on the team who will benefit a lot more cus butterfly for them is only +30 dmg.

viper has shit for speed

he wins the lane in general but you can damage control via aggro mechanics, and one small slip up and viper is dead

they probably traded even cs until 6 or something

but if they are both 6 he just ulties you and you cant kill him right ?

unless you have dust or sentry he can just evade it with invis right?

What i mean is that i though TA wins against viper earlier ( lvl 4 or lvl 5 )

Plus if you are the one atacking viper you will be in almost melee range so dodging his ulti should be pretty hard.

viper wins earlier, but by virtue of better harassment only. a combination of bottle crow/runes will give ta the hp advantage, and against that viper will lose out. viper's 285 base also means he can't contest runes well and can be easily punished for positioning aggressively (necessary part of winning the lane), so until 6 it is a fairly even matchup rune luck not withstanding.

I thought any damage source proc'd corrosive skin. Does psy blades avoid this somehow?

i decided to spam abit ta to try how ez it is to get some mmr using her

so far its working flawlessly if we don't lose game before 20 minute we win

can u tell my your item build priority Vaikiss ? we all start with bottle phase drum yasha deso but what's next? i saw your match history and feel like u prefer manta? or it's just situational?

yes i do love manta or atleast yasha just for movement speed and farming speed

i usualy go

2 or 3 branches > bottle > boots > phases > Drums/Midas/dagger depending on situation > yasha/deso/dagger > and if game drags out long > manta/buterfly/ac/mkb/deadalus depending on heroes im playing against if in need for exrta lockdown might even get hex or abyssal but very rarely

i only buy threads if im 100% sure that i will get blink

with phases 95% of the time il just go drums and yasha/manta just to have insane movement speed skipping dagger completely (relying on teams disables mostly)

i dont suggest picking ta or doing anything good mid, 90% of my games when i dominate mid with 2x more cs, 2-3 more late game items, i still lose because i get account buyers instapicking carries and shit

No one questions why you do it. The point is you are so obtuse you don't realize how ridiculously hypocritical you are. Similar to how you seem to think reading Reddit is a terrible and insulting thing, and yet you know every time when I am posting something from reddit, clearly indicating that you read Reddit as well.
