i go mid but each time i played venom someone decided to dual mid with me because they wanted me to support so i said fuck it and enjoy -25
its basically a free win with venom if you get solo mid and get early mek in 10 minutes
after u get mek you can go as 5 or splitpush while spamming wards aslong as the enemy don't know where you are.
if they attempt to push, you can build a solid defense against them. i love venom, too bad people think its meant for support
I usually go offlane with him now which I about level 4-5 over whelm them with ward spam and I usually can utilize the jungle if I am radiant. He can support but is just unfavored for me cause the gale is just a slow which is better replaced with a solid stun from a venge or something.
i've actually seen offlane venom a lot lately, but with proper lane control and a support that can zone him out can make it hard for venomancer and hurt him a lot in the mid game due to being underlvl'd

I just said Viper > Veno like 1231241x times as a mid role you scrub, lets go 1v1 mid me Viper you Veno and see who gonna win. Viper win vs 99% heroes at mid and Veno don`t. Only 50:50 chance vs Viper mid have heroes like Razor and Od and vs Veno alot of them.
