You carry.... by never picking him if you dont know what you are doing with him. People get upset when they see him even if you are excellent at it. Also why do you post every few hours about every second game you play?
when i play techies, hes mostly used to scare opponents of the jungle/runes
basically whatever lane i am in + river = dont go (in thier minds)
tranq soulring aghs, buy lots of smokes to mine out enemy woods and mine out lanes offensively if you can as opposed to defensively until late game
if you drop items before you use soul ring you'll never run out of mana
