could be good vs some heroes and spells

anything that gives agility is good on drow as it is utility hero that gives damage to team

the thing that diff blade has over all those other items is agi/gold efficiency.
if that's what you need, as much agi for as little gold as possible, get it.

that, or the purge effect, presumably for removing omniknights spells or warlock golems.

the mana burn is very minor and is only really noticable if you're a melee hero with illusions - ranged illusions don't drain mana.

Diffusial is and always has been legit on all heroes. You get it for the purge, unless you're Naga or PL.
You can purge ghosts, cyclones, global silence, overgrowth and a ton of stuff.
On Drow it's especially legit cause of the extra agi and slow. But get it only if you need the purge.
I buy diffu on TA when I'm facing Omni, works great.

I think it is situational good on her.

The reason she probably doesn't purchase it is because she already has a built in slow. I think diffusal stacks with lifesteal now though so it could be very cool.

Yup Mokujin, you can. Also you can purge silence from your teammates. Even global and even curse if Sile has aghs.
