Valve did something regarding item drops a few months ago. Basically we won't be getting items every level anymore and items now are extremely rare to get in game.

Mine dissapeard too. at first i thought i accidentally deleted it but it happened to other people too.

All wellcome chest are dissapeared.
It's true, now its extremely rare to get drops in games, but the drops are complete bundles.

I'm ''rich'' now (a lot of 0,5€ sets) and i dont care about it, but when you are new in dota the drops are a good claim for still playing it. I don't get why valve did it, because i think it was one of the best things when i didn't care a shit about my gameplay and i just play for some fun.

Why dont u just play? Because after that drop update im still 24 and when 25 i got a box/chest, im not sure though which box / c hest youre talking about, but if its welcoming chest u still get it... And the chest will continue to drop xaxaxa

the chest u unwarp each some lvls ... i don't find it on me im lvl 21 now and from lv 15 i got absoultly no item]s :D

that chest is gone..
