do you think steam support will actually read every single post like that and verify manually if you are indeed the pro player you claim to be in order to take you out of low prio? pros have to play low prio like everybody else
A functionary answered me, he just said the rules and ignored all the walltext I made, I'm not claiming to be pro, where the hell did you see that?
My mother language is far different from english but I'm pretty sure I didn't claimed to be a pro in this phrase, I was just wondering if I was famous/known within steam/dota2 community the support guy would try to listen what I had to say, being pro or not has nothing to do with it.

Yes, this is how the system is supposed to work. Steam support is unable to review and amend punishments. Maybe if you work on Dota 2 you could do something but everybody else plays by the same rules. Here is a quote from Dota 2 Dev forums:
Note that there is no distiction between Abandons because of technical difficulties, real-life issues and those that were done on purpose (e.g. rage).
One reason for that is that there is no reliable way of telling which is the cause of an abandon. The other - more important - reason is that any abandon regardless of reasons impact the quality of the game of the remaining 9 players.
Maybe don't play until you fix your PC issues?
If they would "forgive" you, then people would start abusing this pc issues thing to avoid losses.

That's interesting and indeed effective, what triggers me are these rules of no exceptions, because... It's expected for issues to happens in a 10-man games and stuff, but for special occasions like what happened with me it doenst kill to at least evaluate, if he had the time to answer me that, もういしまいだなあ。。。
most of the steam support is automated.
I'm actually wondering if they have any living people left working there.
"I provided all the necessary documentation and proofs that my computer has been having troubles recently"
And you are still playing it?
So yeah you are avare of it, it's 100% your fault then
You receive LPQ only after 2 consecutive abandons, so you get at least 1 chance. If you have known troubles with your PC, there is no excuse for you.

@xan
They have human support that reads the message and or send a automatic message first or answer themselves, it depends, they wouldnt resolve serious issues like things related to buying/selling only with automatic messages, I hope soo XD

Yeah you're right

aright m8
i have 8k mmr but my computer is not working well (i don't understand why, i bought it 12 years ago and upgraded it just 6 years back) so i was placed to 4k mmr, i have sent many messages telling them of my issues but valves refuses to reply.
do i have to work my ass off and become the next Mexican president (my name is mario) of the united states before they reply me?
Будь ласка, увійдіть до системи для написання коментарів.
I provided all the necessary documentation and proofs that my computer has been having troubles recently (I even had the trouble report to show), tonight I was playing a cm match with my friend and my pc suddenly shut off, then I came back as fast as I could to not receive ban but I didn't got back in time, he paused, people despaused, he tried to reason with my teammates, they didn't want to wait, ok.
But since it's not my completely fault and I even made all the work to offer proofs to Steam that everything was untentional, they can't release me from low priority match making? I even won the game, everything is ok, I know it's important to crack down on the community for not become something like League of Legends or any generic FPS but come on Valve, every rule has its exceptions!!
I'm not making up anything here, but I wonder if I had some influence or fame within dota community they would listen me...
