But yeah, I have learned team matchmaking for some reason always gets exposed at Dotabuff, I don't know why.
i got an email from paypal that i have been billed by dotabuff. well, i sent the support an email week ago about the recurring dotabuff+ payment which i didn't order (i selected 1 month plan, with no mention about recurring payments on your side) - still no answer. i want my money back - i just wanted to try the d+, its crap so i don't want to pay the second month. you wanna force me? kk thx bye...
btw, great support
^^They actually ask "Which recurring plan works best for you?" on the plus upgrade page.
it's very sneaky, but I think it says somewhere in the second e-mail about cancelling the recurring payments.
Sorry if you weren't aware of the recurring payment. We'll make it more clear on the upgrade page. We do offer refunds in this case, normally just email support and it will get taken care of. @Corazon your payment has been refunded.

I sent this email 11 days ago:
"Hello dear admins, this is Sano from Dotabuff, perhaps you know me as I'm active at the forums.
I'm having some issues with the 'expose public data'. I turned it off on purpose, and some of my friends did it as well. However, the games are still showing up in our profiles. Do you know why? It's because these are team games?
One of the games: http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/1215146622 "
The answer came today:
"Hi Raphael,
I currently see your profile is set to public on our end. You'll have to recheck your privacy settings in client. Thanks!"
Very clarifying.
