Devilish doesn't really coach with us anymore - he runs his own gig @ http://www.d2tutor.com. But ya - $35/hr - pretty good for him.
Player Rankings arguably slightly favor players on American servers (like FlyingZebra). Not saying he isn't super good but he is probably a bit over represented.
i don't like giving away my skills to random people, even if it is for money :D!

They got that "pro" ranking on dotabuff hence people get in with any hero.
