the chances it's possible to do so in CIS regions are so small tho, it's easier to say impossible to make yourself full hikkuh.

it's not even about being boring but about actually putting at least a little effort into it (while we're expected to focus for entire time of the lecture)
like the practice lesson on math where the prof is supposed to show us how to do the stuff that was on the lecture
instead he just gives us some problem and tells us to sit down and solve it and doesn't do anything else
i'm just going to write the weekly exam and leave, no point of being there when i can do the exact same thing at home
I know for a fact if i stay at home my focus will be terrible and wont understand much at all from what im studying. Even if the teachers are bad the environment is good for learning most of the time.

but going to lectures because of feeling "nice, i've actually learnt something" instead of "ok now i just need to spend more time to find out what any of this means or how to use it" afterwards would be nice
My experience with profs has been super good actually, most lectures were actually fun to go to and included information/proofs you can't find on the material online, although the pace is super fast
Had 1 prof who didn't do anything but read out the slides, didn't go to that
the most cosmic brain subject right now are the translators
we are supposed to shit out a working translator based on some ruby-like language in C almost out of nowhere, if people from previous years didn't save their notes and resources we would be probably fucked
funniest thing was that our lecturer (woman btw) said "you better watch vods from previous years, you'll need to see all of them to be able to make this project and the deadlines are earlier than the syllabus ends" but we're still "supposed to go to all of her lectures" and "if she will think that not enough people attends them she will just stop uploading them"
a.k.a. "duhh i'm in a bad mood and i see three empty chairs so fuck all of you lol"
Also there's nothing wrong with having to revise a lecture after hearing it? That's life

but i don't think profs' work should consist of only reading out loud the presentations and sometimes saying a bunch of other info that isn't anywhere and it doesn't seem related to anything so it's superhard to make notes until you are able to type at the same speed as he talks and just copy his entire speech
the only similar way that i might able to make money with would be crossplaying regularly on instagram because noone gives a shit about male cosplayers

but it's ok at least half of the students pass the subject so there's obviously something wrong with me :^)

yeah spending 30 mins-1 hour each day to revise what you actually saw that day is a very good practice but i dont have the energy for it.
