^----you probably should try those as those are standard kids right now and if your a mid probably need to play them so you also can know their weaknesses for when your against them.

No, only if there are counters to Storm like Earth Sprit, Sky, Silencer, NS and Disruptor (Sumail's way)
But if their hero really snowballs and goes for Orchid then the answear is yes. But a BKB is still a better defensive item and it provides HP

I play Storm only when I feel I have to go retard mode.

BKB second or third item is still garbage. At that stage an Eul's provides way more utility and you don't give up a charge everytime to get rid of one silence. It also means when you do eventually get BKB, you have the 10 seconds at the crucial late game.

You only really get it on Storm situationally in the very late game against something like a refresher silencer.

Won't you need bkb against disruptor ult, riki smoke and mass disable heroes (shadow shaman, lion, earthshaker)? How do you build against those heroes as storm?

The reason you don't get BKB early is because as a Storm you can always pick when to enter fights if you position yourself properly. If the enemy does something like refusing to cast their disables, then good for your team lol because a minimum of two people have to do this. Otherwise you can zip in and vortex the one guy holding his skills back. You get more leeway with this if you have an Euls or Linkens.

Once late game happens though this sometimes isn't an option anymore since your rax is at stake and not some t1/t2 tower and you HAVE to enter the fight forcefully instead of waiting.
