first of all - if u have 4,2k mmr why do u lose almost all ur smurf matches? 2-8 and only win in ns and hs. If u want to get 7k rating, u should aim to calibrate at highest mmr (which is around 4,6k currently, i think) - but if u lose u wont get there. Right now, u are maybe at 3,5k w ur smurf.
its extremly difficult to answer ur question in a proper manner and without writing walls of text. so all u will hear is "get gut". And honestly, that is the only way.

maybe few years later u will get enuff knowledge to rek scrubs and get to 7k+
also u need positive mentality thats what makes u win pubs
