same as before maxing out Q if you wanna tf or W if you wanna flash farm assuming you got early rad.
If not then just get some hp, Q E and just start dishing out hits. Stats and the rest varies on the game
I believe 4-0-4 is the way to go, but I might be wrong. I would also play him mid instead safe lane.
I get cancer every time I see people rushing ultimate orb items on TB. I think that's a 100% lose rate right there, unless they get massively fed.

what's the best way to play it? skill build, items? i imagine 4-1-4 is the way to go
