You can look for Hans im Glück, it's a chain restaurant with very good burgers (but pricey)
Just ask locals, they know all about that stuff
If there's a good thing about living in Peru is that moderately decent food is REALLY cheap anywhere. To the point that you'd need to be borderline homeless in order to not have access to a good variety of meals (no repeating-a-single-dish-for-a-week nonesense).
There's no such thing as surviving on cheap ramen here.
