Remember TI3 finals? Crowd went wild when Na'Vi picked TA on game 5 because Dendi was very good with her

I don't think dendi is all marketing like people say. I actually think he's really good, he just needs a good team to shine. I think a team like CDEC would suit his playstyle best.

i remember TI3 finals, was clearly disappointed with Dendi's playstyle and itemization

for example if he went desolator instead of crystalys -> daedalus navi would have literally won the game (i went back to parse every single hit he made and found that desolator would have killed every non-creep that he hit in the same or LESS hits, even including those on whom he critted more than once, while clearing lane creeps much faster on average)

he was lacking in many areas, in terms of competence on that hero many of the later pubstars that went competitive easily surprassed him

waga's ta is better but waga is a worse player overall, I'd say

Anyway being better at a particular hero does not necessarily equate better performance on that hero (since many other skills are involved)
