Go to learn > Start luna one > quit.
If this doesn't work keep trying, I did it 3 times and finally got a connection.
One of my games didn't count :/ I won it ;/ I mean it's still not in my profile & I played it before my last game which is in the profile.

hey havoc do you want to try luck with the open qualifiers? I know we're out of shape and need to build a decent team too but making it to quarterfinals or finals would be cool
Sure, I have just been stacking with friends I haven't played with in awhile so I will need to practice a bit.
Havoc what ever happened to that dota website you were setting up like a year ago, did it ever get made?

Apparently a few people have gone into solo bot matches, played for a minute or two and abandon. This fixes it for some but not others but worth a try.
