He is still OK, the issue is that he needs farm now instead of just a MoM, lvl 6, and MLG pro skillz.

He's garbage compared to other popular carries right now unless they buff him.

Compare Jugg with MOM Phase and level 6 versus void with MOM threads and level 6.......

He's still strong. People just sort of forgot about him during the blood/storm/lesh meta.

Oh yeah i miss 6.81 were i was getting chrono killed by a mom void who had mom and was underfarmed. This meta were tinker farmed ancient and skywrath was aids. Ohhh yeahhhhh best better.

On a more serious note, id say void is a underground pick that is rather strong right now. Nukers have been nerfed. I think the mael/mjol build is obsolete. Now tread+mom into deadalus seems better if you go pure carry and are ahead. Otherwise pick around him and go tread+mom then aghs bkb and let skywrath or w/e support nuke the chronoed hero, AKA play as a corish void.

maybe if timelock do x2 damage to creeps so he will farm faster, he dont deserve to be a tier 1 carry hes so bullshit and antifun

With this aoe magic-based patch (albeit slightly nerfed) he could still be viable in greedier 2 core lineups with the other core being ranged. I.e early to mid game his chrono sets up other aoe nukes from support heroes, with void and the other ranged carry cleaning up.

I feel he's a greedy core who generally doesnt want to fight early, like an am, but for various reasons doesnt scale as well after he comes online compared to AM, jug, etc.

That makes him quite dependent on landing a good chrono, whether for solo pickoffs or in team fights.

The days when one could pick void while ignoring teammates' picks and still auto win are certainly over. Need to pick around him and ban the right heroes (in captains mode).

With all that said I'd add that he's still effective against lineups with limited mobility and/or counter-initiation ability.

Re-scaled time-lock to make it better at early levels but still the same at level 4.
Give a slight-buff to back-track coupled with improved base strength, offset by slightly lower strength gain to buff his early game.
Give him enhanced back-track or improved IAS under Chronosphere. Or give him these upgrades with agha and remove the current agha cooldown reduction. Chronosphere is really underwhelming in its current state.

80% magic / physical evasion in chronosphere. Thats it man, thats enuf for me to be a little scared of him again.

Just give him back truestrike in chrono so solar crest doesn't fuck him up.

I agree he should have some sort of evasion while in chronosphere, but thats pretty much it.

He is perfect as he is right now, people should simply stop buying Mom on him. Gud advice.
