skill bracket reflects average mmr of this given game, which in case of sub 4k solo q games is pretty much equal to your mmr.
depending on how skilled you were when you first started to ply on this acc, you could be placed in different levels. f.e. u might be 500 mmr initially and had 60% longrun winrate, but after a lot of games u r still in 3100 despite this high winrate, just cz the starting point is extremely low.
Or you could be a 4.5k player which does not progress and keeps at his 4.5k forever since the early beginning.

How does the skill bracket work? I see people with more games than me and a higher winrate, yet with only normal skill. Why?
