They are overextending without having enough of an advantage to fight like that. What happens is people get overzealous and think it's an assured win, only to realize that they are not THAT much stronger, and then they feed their bounties they've gained by raping you in the laning stage (by getting some kills, higher levels and more farm, etc).

Every game for the last 12 games or so is the same. We get destroyed early game, then we have one fight and push like a bitch and win. What am I doing wrong, or what is the other team doing wrong?
