If you already have bkb and they have bad rightclick it can work well. But if you're facing a hero that can lock you or whipe your ass, if will whipe your ass even faster.

If you get MoM in PA you should be getting it as a first item to farm faster, not after bkb/basher

What if you have an omni in team?

mom is one of the only item that actually scale negatively. So you should only buy it very early.
