Valve found out that you used to look at the other persons screen during multiplayer GoldeneEye. You have got off lightly imo
Got it too, restarting steam (the restart fixed the issue)

if restart of steam doesnt work (happend to me before), start steam as admin w /repair.

Everytime I try to queue a game it says that some issue is blocking vac servers?
