Slowly, the faster you try and do it the more you will stagnate and become toxic cancer. I was stuck at 4.9 for quite some time then gave up solo and would do about one game a week and have only steadily climbed. Slow and sure is the way to go.
Win more than you lose. If you are stuck its a sign, that you do not improve anymore.

Anyone else have the same question? I am oscillating between 4.3 and 4.4k. Cannot move up so easily. Getting the games where we get slaughtered during the bounty rune grabbing before the creeps spawn.
