A little worse than the US? US isn't even that bad, SEA is on a TOTALLY DIFFERENT LEVEL of cancer, and before you check my regions, I lived in China for about 2 months cause of this over seas school program I was apart of that payed for more than half of the trip. Absolutely horrible server.
